Toxic workplace culture (rampant office politics, cases of racism) Cliques based on race, nationality, etc. are a common occurrence. Expect to be treated by the company the same way your predetermined clique is treated Miscommunication is a way of life. Barely anybody at the company speaks any English or Dutch (not an issue if you're fluent in Turkish, however) Incompetent, nepotistic middle management; flaunting authority seems more important than actually working
