line management poor. lack of man management skills. lack of technical knowledge. promoted because they can talk the talk. their way or the high way high staff turnover, lots of long term leavers. managers blame the team for their failure to lead. BD values are spoken but not adhered to by managers no career development.

Company has no idea where it is going, how to get there and what to do when it arrives. They have outsourced and off shored all the core parts of the business. Things are designed, made, repaired, supported and the whole IT system is run by other companies. The company is just a rudderless shell that is drifting on the tide. Internally the company is known as "Bad Decision" or "Bad Design". There is a consensus or paralysis, within the business. Meetings are a joke, dozens of people turn up late, there is never an agenda, the same topics as the last meeting are discussed, no one takes a decision and if they do it's only a reversal of the last one, there are no action items and no minutes. The whole process is repeated at the next meeting and nothing happens.
