Great team culture, lots of L&D opportunities if developing your career is right for you, big focus on sustainability, community support & outreach. Lots of great client names for site-based team members to work with.

Cons

Changes in top level leadership rolling out in 2026 which will change the dynamic of the business - too early to say whether that's a pro or a con but higher level losses are paving the way for more support where it's needed.
