      Brilliant agency for great work/life balance

      Pros

      Being a parent in an agency can be a tough balance, and too often the support just isn’t there. That’s not the case at Born. Their approach to supporting parents is genuinely progressive, with flexible working hours, supportive colleagues, and an understanding management team. In previous agencies I was tied to rigid office hours with little flexibility. Born is miles ahead. They champion a healthy work–life balance and actively create a culture that gives you the time to make the moments that matter, count!

      Culture Variety of work Progression People Free lunch x2 times a week

      Cons

      Mostly issues with the London office space - hot desking policy, trying to have calls in a noisy open plan office with limited meetings spaces, general office etiquette

      Thanks for this review. SO great to hear Born is the best place you've ever worked. We try really hard to create that feeling in every team member which is why we are always so open to feedback. I'm sure you'll agree our London office is a lovely space physically - navigating hybrid working is a challenge with some quieter days and some very busy days. We are working on various idea at the moment to help improve this. Including some new breakout areas and phone booths.
