      1. No job security 2.new CEO don't have any experience in running company and he is just saving his job by making people redundant. 3.they made more than 150 people redundant on Oct 2023.

While we know that our location in London is certainly an amazing office space, we don’t expect our teams to be there 5 days a week unless their role specifically requires an on-site presence. Our Blended Working policy was designed to give our employees the best of both worlds, with 3 days per week in the office to focus on collaboration and in-person interaction.
