Pros

Genuine care about each individual - senior leadership does everything in-line with some of the famous words from Bob Chapman and Simon Sinek. Real opportunity for professional and personal growth. Lean is a key mantra, but not completely/thoroughly implemented yet.

Cons

As with most businesses, the focus can often be on the fiscal quarter/year rather than true Lean. Only an issue for the Lean purist! Lack of structure limits long-term career development planning.

Barry Wehmiller have great leaders, freedom to learn new things at your own pace, many courses online you can be part off and generally they thrive to work towards the business ethos.

Cons

Sometimes processes can be a little slow, if you are waiting for an offer you may be waiting a while due to approvals that need to happen.
