      Great teams working hard despite low pay and limited growth

      Pros

      Great teams and incredibly knowledgeable people. A lot of people working very hard to make departments work. Worked hard to remove toxic people who made working their difficult.

      Cons

      Relatively low pay for certain positions. Poor benefits at certain levels. Did not feel a particularly good sense of progression or training was on offer.
