Nasty culture - I am considering legal action as this is the perfect case study for workplace bullying. Started with rude comments which progressively got worse and worse every day. It became the office entertainment to ensure I felt as uncomfortable at my desk as possible. I would mention things that offended me the most to the manager and then everyone in the office would be doing that particular things which clearly shows they gossip to everyone about “confidential” discussions. Spoke to management privately about this and they basically hinted that the reason I’m being constantly wound up all day is because I don’t socialise enough ( I have autism which affects my social skills). Colleagues have all worked there 20+ years so well aware their position will always be secure and they can treat new employees disgustingly and get away with it (as if you’d want to constantly pick on someone at work anyway?? Truly bizarre behaviour). Management at this branch encouraged the mean comments and the whole time I was too intimidated to mentioned names of people who wound me up as i knew everyone spoke about it anyway.

Bad management, poor culture in the consultancy side. Love to blame others for their failings and its a blame culture. Set people up to fail. Highly disorganised. Treat subcons badly, poor payroll structure.
