Bidvest Noonan took over from a previous company with high hopes and have disappointed each day since. Pay is wrong each month and it takes 4 weeks+ to rectify the issue with hardly any communication in between. However when you owe them money because of an over payment it is under 1 week to sort the issue. Management is poor and lack of communication is dreadful. There are no incentives with money, only a discount account with gift card vouchers and courses. The vouchers anyone can find online with a quick search and the courses they offer as free are free anyway to everyone. There is a laughable recognition scheme on this site also where you can give some lovely words to any of your colleges or managers. This does not however pay the bills or give you any sort of reward... Pay is only just over minimum wage. Thankfully there are plenty of hours for you to make it into a wage to live off. They say verbally they will pay for your SIA badge but this is not anywhere in writing nor is there anything about recouping the costs if you decide to leave. There are plenty of other security roles out there that can do the BASICS right, don't apply for this job.
