      Easy interveiw and made very comfortable during training

      Cons

      High employee turnover means they have no trouble managing people out of the business. Client did not continue campaign and over 100 people were left to compete for limited jobs within the company, or be made redundant in 2 months

      Paid fairly, good location, free tea/coffee

      Cons

      Management is horrible, constantly micro managed, cliquey, managers speak about agents that phone in sick in front of everyone on the floor. Managers speak to you terribly - avoid at all costs
