No sufficient training,did two weeks in the class room and then chucked onto a freezer route for 3 weeks to only be chucked onto a ambient truck by myself with no help and training.At the beginning they told me 8 weeks training??I brought this up as an issue to my "mentor" who just told me to get on with it??They send you on blind routes which can take up to 13+hours to complete if you don't know what your doing and going ,you find yourself working through your tacho rest breaks just to keep up.They say you must take you tacho break but mentally it felt like they were forcing me to work through them.

1. Making someone hundreds of thousands of pounds in profit to be paid a pound. 2. Overworked because they cant keep up with how many people escape the hole that it is. 3. No one has any idea what they are doing and probably never will. EVER 4. Personality will get you fired. Be a sheep or lose your job 5. They will expect you to sell frozen fish to a news stand and meat to a vegetarian school. 6. Standards of recruitment are low, you will be sitting next to someone who smells dead. 7. Management do tend to speak to you like dirt and bare their teeth like rabid dogs. 8. Targets that have been plucked out of the air by morons. 9. Waiting for someone to die before you can progress. 10. You would be as well working for Ashley Madison with all the cheating that goes on 11. Stupidity at every level. The list goes on and on
