Pros

Nice scenery. That is all

Cons

Don't do it, don't work for an insular small company like Bremont. The mentality that exists within Bremont is toxic, management have no management skills and the working environment is unhealthy. Lack of training and communication, from day 1 I was plonked on my chair with no real direction of what my role and day to day duties consisted of and this approach continued throughout my whole employment. There is a very high staff turnover within the company over 50 people have left or been made redundant in the last year. The ‘best’ managers have left to join larger, more professional organisations. This has left a core of toxic managers who’s only real attributes are fitting in with the macho culture in this backwards company. Employee moral is very low and lots of complaining and talking behind backs occur. To top it off, the holiday entitlement is rubbish and other benefits including pension are minimal. Overall this is a fairly shallow and not very good company to work for, I hope many will consider my review before choosing to work here. P.S. Pros

Located in a nice area.

Cons

Very poorly managed company. A sinking ship really. Not enough experienced staff for the field it’s in. Product is NOT very British!

Pros

The staff on the ground are like family

Cons

No investment in staff welfare. Severe lack of training and broken promises. Us and them culture with manegement. It feels like you are just there to serve them so they get further in there careers, you are not encouraged to think for your self. Lack of communication- you are kept in the dark and then blamed when something goes wrong because manegers don’t take any responsibility. The founder of the company is intimidating and not approachable and has no respect for staff. Nothing you do is good enough. Morale is really low and manegement choose to ignore it. People are really unhappy working here. The people leaving in December were in double digits. No pay rises. Rubbish holiday entitlement. No benefits. Take more care of your staff. Make them feel appreciated. You underestimate the talent In your workforce.
