Poor management, weak and divisive, rarely in the office, untruthful and a liar at that. No support, hides away when there are serious customer escalations – leaves staff to take the fall. Untrustworthy, not fit to be a people or business unit manager/director. HR was the worse bunch of untruthful deceitful liars, caught out red-handed doctoring transcripts contrary to what was actually stated in meeting and proved false in the end through voice recording.

Individuals brought in at senior levels based on previous relationships who are under qualified and aren't performing. Business units are operating in silos and consistently fail to deliver yet there is no accountability. Company brand or lack thereof remains a key issue. Unsuccessful integration of acquisitions and not delivering on growth.
