We’re glad our engineering standards landed well.
We hear the concerns you have raised.
On tooling, our intent is that people have the right tools for their roles as well as access to L&D budget for their development.
It is a tradition of ours to welcome all our new joiners with a welcome WOOF - a reminder of why we do what we do (all for the love of dogs).
On benefits, some of these are available post probation. We will review our communications to ensure this is clear for new joiners.
