Strong growth mindset which creates opportunities across underwriting for development. Entrepreneurial culture despite growing. Ability to form very close relationships with coworkers with a social culture Has been through a great deal of leadership change but excelled in spite of it indicating a strong underlying business proposition and powerful leadership team. Broad and deep employee ownership creating accountability, personal investment and passion in the business.

Cons

It is just not the right place for everyone - it requires a lot of hard work and intensity which if you do not have will not work here So much enthusiasm and ideas can lead to trying to do too much
