      -Flexible hours (come early, leave early), occasional snacks, coffee, milk, and occasional pizza or sandwiches provided. -They might pay for your Azure certifications. - Good Engineers in and friendly - Latest tech stack -Bonus

      Cons

      Limited flexibility since new management: mandatory office attendance three times a week, no longer allowing extended remote work abroad, discontinued "do what you want" days, stricter overall policies. Lot`s of pressure to get things done due to hard deadlines. Not much progression. It takes a very long time to overall progress
