The worst company I have ever worked for. When I started working for this company I was passionate about my job and working for the company. Over time this was completely ground down until I had to take stress leave. When I returned to work I had no support. Any drive you have to progress up the career ladder will be stomped out. Terrible toxic managers with terrible support structures. The company doesn't care about it's staff at all and you are just a replaceable number. Staff morale is very low and turnover is very high. Myself and others in my team experienced harassment from my manager. Multiple grievances were raised against the same manager by multiple people but nothing was done to address it. Staff in tears in the middle of the work day. HR was non-existent and head office sits on a pedestal either completely oblivious or complete ambivalent to what is going on. No exit interview, they couldn’t even be bothered to send out my P45 when I left.

Too big to care for their staff (I started at Harbour & Jones before the merge with Ch&Co). Bad management, bullying mentality, no respect for their chefs, very two-faced to their staff and clients. Managers don't have management skills. They make situations worse and create problems that were not there and then try to blame on others. I was warned that the company is terrible to work for but gave them a chance, regret it now!!! Hence the reason why they struggle to get good chefs!
