Management was really bad. There was always a hierarchical divide between them and nursing staff.

Some brave and honest colleagues trying their best in a completely broken system.

Cons

The problem is from senior management and even higher up. It’s a joke that is getting worse and worse everyday. Everyone is off sick for months, everyone else has to cover and the patients suffer the most. Do not recommend.
