      Pros

      Welcoming environment, lovely people, overall enjoy the work set as an apprentice. wouldn't work at another company if i had the choice

      Cons

      the starting pay is so little. you're doing a full time job and I appreciate cap giving me an education but it isnt enough - there are loads of E&ET that deserve more but dont have it, even after pay reviews. The hybrid working scheme has recently changed which will leave a lot of talent looking elsewhere unfortunately

      - Good career progression, can be as quick or as slow as the effort you're willing to put in - Great culture and values that echos throughout all employees - A good work environment that encourages work/life balance - Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients - Opportunities to experience different types of roles, which keeps things interesting

      Cons

      - While not on client site, you can become demotivated, requires a lot of self motivation to keep going
