      A Positive Start at Capital Law....

      Pros

      I’ve recently completed my first six months at Capital Law, and I can genuinely say it’s been a fantastic experience. From the outset, I’ve felt welcomed and supported by a team that values collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. *Superb offices and on-site chef (with free vegetarian meals on Mondays and Tuesdays) *Genuine work / life balance with the flexibility to WFH most of the week (I currently attend the office once a week).

      Cons

      No major cons to note so far—just the usual learning curve when starting a new role.

      Pros

      - Capital have a genuine care for their employees and clients. They value the career development of their employees and actively support the growth of their people. - Welcoming culture. From my first day at Capital (around 2 and a half years ago), all I've experienced is people's desire to help and support each other. Makes work life so much easier and more enjoyable! - Constant stream of exciting projects and clients to work with.

      Cons

      - No cons, but some observations. Capital is growing rapidly, they need to ensure they keep that fun buzz of a young start up company, whilst also looking after their employees and making sure every voice is heard. If Capital keep going on the path they're on now, I have no doubt that they'll continue to meet more and more success.

      Capital is one to watch!

      Pros

      At Capital, you feel valued instantly. Although you are thrown in at the deep end initially, the work that you are allocated is meaningful and comes with great responsibility, which is exactly the sort of exposure that you need so early on in your career. Development and support is key and Capital are frontrunners in this field. Having only recently joined the firm as a paralegal, I have already had the opportunity to work with ambitious and like-minded individuals, whose passion for law is both encouraging and infectious. Capital's attitude towards personal development and employee wellbeing is encouraging and with my training contract looming, I am very excited to train in an environment that holds such positive values at its core.
