Great flexibility and onsite benefits. People are friendly and there has been a great amount of work completed to make the working space comfortable, exciting and inviting.

There is a significant disparity in how lawyers and business support professionals are treated at this firm. The turnover is alarmingly high in some teams and no one is investigating why an entire department has had at least 3-4 different teams and structures in 18 months. A director with poor communication skills struggles to retain good talent and keeps plastering over the problem with new roles and titles, blaming structure or fit instead of being honest about the true problem. There are some very obnoxious staff left currently who think micromanaging will somehow turn it all around. Good luck!
