Company has done a lot recently to resolve its gender pay imbalance Its launch of its Woman in Tech group is driving change Company has been transparent in how its defined its new job grades and where roles sit Company has really improved its comms recently, especially around its CausewayOne go to market
Cons
The pace of change and being part of a transformation shift can be difficult. The company has made a few acquisitions recently. It is integrating. It is difficult for those employees who came from a single product background, to integrate into this much larger, multi product company
