Looks good on a resume.

Cons

90 hour work weeks. Literally. 90 hours. They have an “unlimited PTO” which does nothing more than protect them from paying accrued vacation when you quit. You will NEVER get a day off. That includes working Saturdays, Sundays, and every major holiday.
