Business Outlook
Pros
Decent pay, 4 day work schedule. Extra money through commissions and bonuses but can be difficult depending on route. Leader in this industry. Opportunities for promotions if that's what you're looking for. Current GM is great and hiring good people but at a slow pace. I believe in his vision. New systems are being put in place to be more accurate and efficient with shortages. I'm exited for that part to be finalized.
Cons
Some days are longer than 11plus hours and when they keep adding stops it can be demoralizing.
