Inclusive business with a strong sense of purpose going through significant organisational and functional change. Lots of investment into developing both the product and the people. Flexible working arrangements. Inclusive and increasingly diverse workforce. Decent benefits.

Cons

Can be difficult to navigate business processes, lots of internal organisational complexity. Limited choice of hardware, and some very clunky internal systems.

It's a lovely place to work, everyone has been really friendly and welcoming. Messages are delivered well and i feel a part of the companies goals. Regular check in's with my line manager are helpful and make me feel valued. I am part of the Bureau team and we all work really well together and have a great relationship.
