Pros

- Nice, friendly and helpful people - Good benefits - Competitive salary - Flexible hours

Cons

- Some parts of the codebase is old and messy but there is goal to refactor it and make it better.

Pros

Pay was good, hybrid option.

Cons

If your face didn’t fit then they would let you go without warning. Inter teams don’t seem to get on, after speaking with different teams I found that they liked to moan a lot about each other. Lack of communication between leadership, management and everyone else. Run like a dictatorship.

Pros

Some great customers across a range of industries. Pay levels are decent for industry and location. Some very nice colleagues who put up with a lot

Cons

Family-owned business (current upper management are children of founder) so run like a dictatorship. Poor decision making - very indecisive on strategy and product roadmap Unfortunate culture of micro-management and blame from upper management.
