People who work here really care about the work they do, the coops they support and their residents. It's a small organisation but with strong values, a great office, flexible working and good benefits. We get together regularly, work through issues and have fun. I would highly recommend it as a place to work where you feel like you are making a difference.

Very supportive team members and management, everyone is friendly and fun to work with. My team work really hard and care about what they are doing. Excellent benefits (the company are part of RHP group) Interesting projects to work on and regular development opportunities. Very niche and unique business - managing housing services for coop housing. Good company if you want to develop your housing management skills or try something different in social housing.
