Sadly, this was a dreadful environment as said in the title. I left recently in May however the behaviour during my employment was ridiculous. I had to find someone to add to the team in quite short notice, once I found someone to be interviewed, not only did they waste her time by inviting her to the office for multiple screenings, but they didn’t even bother to inform her that she did or did not get the job. She heard nothing from ANYONE even though she called and emailed the team on multiple occasions.
Cons
The management are patronising and belittling. I was managed by a very proud man who would change his demeanour once the steak holders were around. He would not provide support to his team and expect them to drop their home lives for the role
