-Shady work -HR doesnt protect or care for employees -they will do anything to make employees life hell after resignation - forget about bonus or even appraisel (even if agreed and confirmed) -colleagues will ignore and not talk to you -few senior leaders are good but they cant do anything as they still dont understand power struggle -no maternity or paternity policy -just a great place to be on papers, actual reality is different -hidden firing and termination -you are not valued for your contribution, as soon as you resign you get to see the true side of the management

My time was full of unfulfilled promises and lies. We were told we would work on HMRC software, and it was constantly delayed for months only for us in the end to be told we won't do that. Spent most of my time checking a dashboard and updating the status on a teams chat every 30 minutes as if that can't be done automatically. The worst part was the expectations. They thought people would move across the country for their awful salary and we were told we would stay on that salary for another year. When I tried to leave they were somehow surprised and thought they would offer a better opportunity. I asked about returning equipment, no response, then they called me on a Friday that was supposed to be my last day to ask me to come in at 8pm to the office, as if I don't have a family. Constantly wasting our time, moving us around, not offering training and pushing that blame on us. I'm bewildered.
