      Treated me awfully throughout the year I worked at Coty. HR structure is a total shambles and I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy.

      Waste of your time, talent and skills!

      Pros

      - some very nice people - flat hierarchy - great brands with a lot of potential

      Cons

      - management (directors, VP, SVP, etc.) is completely incompetent having absolutely no strategy and direction - completely chaotic and disorganised leaving employees frustrated - line managers don't mentor, motivate and push employees. they are so uninspiring! - management provides zero transparency, lie all the time, make empty promises and don't care about their employees - no company shop or product allocation for employees - there are barely any activities for employees - no career path for employees. management only care about their own careers and bonuses. - discrimination towards non-british employees - HR is basically non-existent - very senior management are in a separate beautiful, fancy office (Paddington) while the "rest" of the employees are in Wimbledon - what company separates like that??!

      Lack of Leadership

      Complete lack of leadership from the top. A lack of business strategy is covered up by senior management adopting an aggressive approach to all employees. Management have no idea how to run a company and just think screaming louder at employees will deliver growth. No care for employees well being. HR is none existent and there is no people development. Progression is based on favouritism. Not a nice place to work and advice would be to stay well away A lot of talented people have left.
