Thank you for your 5-star review. It seems you may have the wrong company though as DWS has a super simple online self-onboarding process, a very diverse staff makeup, and clear career opportunities for everyone.

Have worked at the company for 20+ years and the staff, have always been amazing, It has a great company culture and an active social club that organizes events on a very regular basis. Work Life balance is always taken into account.

Cons
