Pros

Convenient when there is available work, you can work whenever, wherever. Relatively easy work. The hourly rates are pretty good for what the actual work is.

Cons

NOT RELIABLE. I and many other people had the experience of being lulled into the convenience of this thing and getting regular work, then, out of nowhere and for some mystery reason that was never explained, they pulled the plug and there was never any work available to me ever again. Overnight. So listen, it is convenient if you get it and there is regular work available, but it won't last. My story is common, the turnover is insane and you need to remember that you are NOT an employee. You are a minion completing tasks for some cash, and they will stop giving you work WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION whenever whoever or whatever decides these things decides to cut you off. EMPHASIS ON THERE BEING NO COMMUNICATION. Again, you are not a real employee (which, to be fair, they make very clear), and there really isn't any supervisor or higher-up of any kind that you communicate with. There are some chat rooms with other minions but that is about it. So it is very removed and impersonal--JUST REMEMBER THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS THEIR WORKER AND THIS "JOB" CAN DISAPPEAR OVERNIGHT WITH NO EXPLANATION. IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH THAT AND YOU ARE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT YOU NEED TO WITH THIS JOB, GREAT, JUST KEEP IN MIND THE REALITY OF WHAT THIS GIG IS.
