      Pros

      - Culture - Product - Leadership Timing feels right for this market, customers and prospects are heavily engaged at C-Suit level. New sales process has changed things for the better. Strongest point is the people, it's genuinely fun here.

      Cons

      - Performance has lacked at times in the past, but this has changed since new leadership has come in.

      Be ready for chaos and be treated like a child

      -Good pay -Free lunch once a week -Good product

      Cons

      -Toxic culture -Treat you like children -One day mandatory in office and soon to be 3 days -No empathy just work like robots -Complex environment and hard to keep customers - poor leadership and love to inflate numbers - chaos and doing things for the sake of saving yourself rather than doing the right thing for business growth

      BDR team is great, organisation going through some challenges

      Pros

      The business development team at Dataiku is great. Hard work but good compensation scheme, structures in place for progress, and you get recognised if you do well.

      Cons

      Progression can be difficult due to size of company and complex solution. However it is possible to progress. Lack of transparency from senior management
