Timing feels right for this market, customers and prospects are heavily engaged at C-Suit level. New sales process has changed things for the better.
Strongest point is the people, it's genuinely fun here.
Cons
- Performance has lacked at times in the past, but this has changed since new leadership has come in.

-Toxic culture
-Treat you like children
-One day mandatory in office and soon to be 3 days
-No empathy just work like robots
-Complex environment and hard to keep customers
- poor leadership and love to inflate numbers
- chaos and doing things for the sake of saving yourself rather than doing the right thing for business growth

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We're sorry that your experience working at Dataiku didn't meet all of your expectations.

The business development team at Dataiku is great. Hard work but good compensation scheme, structures in place for progress, and you get recognised if you do well.
Cons
Progression can be difficult due to size of company and complex solution. However it is possible to progress.
Lack of transparency from senior management

Thanks for sharing your honest feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoy working within our Business Development team and that you feel valued and recognised. We are continuing to explore the best ways to design career paths for our organisation, in a way that is meaningful and impactful for our teams.
Thanks to the feedback we received from our last engagement survey, we realise that we need to do a better job on communicating our strategy and creating transparency.
We're introducing more opportunities for employees to ask questions directly of our Leaders and have those responses shared during company meetings.
