Pros

Some of the staff are lovely and fun, could be an okay part-time job for students. Free gym membership is great, and good discounts on food. Progression in some departments is ok if you don't mind relocating, like Sales, but that is only because people leave quickly as they dislike the job, so positions open up.

Cons

Overworked massively. In every department there are people working overtime, but at the same time there never seems to be any staff. People from the Sales and Membership departments have to cover reception even though they have an already demanding job to do. Management are cliquey and treat you like children. If you work hard, you get results, but thats never good enough. If you hit your sales target for example, they want to know why you didn't hit you target for completed calls. Absolutely no work/Life balance. I remember reading reviews similar to this on here before I worked there and thought people were just finding an excuse to complain, but they couldn't be more correct.
