Pros

It is nice to work for a business that cares. Day Group is large company with the family run feel. You feel valued here and that your opinions matter. The directors know who you are and take the time to get to know you. We work hard here but flexibility is there for when you need it, it works both ways. People are friendly and helpful across the business I genuinely enjoy my job. There is free parking, a good pension that you don't have to put into (but can top up if you want) Good bonus reflected on personal and company performance.

Cons

The holiday allowance is lower than others within the industry.

Pros

As a family-run business, you feel you are part of the family. The company helps/supports you as much they can when needed. Awesome atmosphere, great people to work with and the relationship between directors and staff is amazing.

Cons

Cannot think of any at the moment

Pros

Good staff, we always had a good laugh together. Facilities are okay, canteen with fridge/microwave and seating.

Cons

Too much work through small sites. Consistent overtime at high stress, sometimes equalling >60hrs/week. Made to feel bad if you can’t stay for overtime.
