      Lots of restructuring taking places, so you'll get plenty of chances to work on new projects,

      unless you're under mangers that take it personally to see people leaving their control. Many of my friends leave the company because of this. Also, Hierarchical after hierarchical levels of management... All in all, "a big company" says it all.
