      Pros

      Salary is much better than other companies. Hybrid working means you can be flexible with childcare. Great management, really friendly and approachable. Flexible working hours (around a core time of 10-4). Staff functions. Connectivity - a lot of online connection so there is always someone available to help with anything you need.

      There aren't any cons. It's a great place to work.
