Outdated working practices (softwares from the 90's in some cases). Equipment is outdated - old ROV systems Survey management is inexperienced - promote from within based on who knows who not skills or experience, severely limited talent pool. Very little accountability from onshore survey team - quick to assign blame Lagging behind industry in innovation at least 5 years
