There can be a bit of disparity between the Norway side and other regions of the business on same issues but company working on standardising as it grows. Norway pretty much controls what can and can't be done by other region

Crewing department is small. Could have more to help. Usually spot on but can be very last minute. No real rotations. Always changes. Norwegian colleagues get the better deals to UK guys. Ie. Better schedules, more work, benfits ie nightshift allowance, paternity pay, out of schedule uprights and yearly holiday pay bonus %. Equal or equivalent opportunity's could be better for regardless of Norwegian or UK staff.
