      Not the company it was

      Pros

      Old product is still the best and has some mileage left in it. Still some potential for making money but its a fight more difficult than it needs to be. List of clients is good, but only from old existing business. Safe company but expect to be doing the same job year after year

      Cons

      Management are ineffective and are waiting for IPO. No career progression unless you are very good at politics. Very little new business. No team ethos, everyone is looking after themselves. Different departments have different targets which unfortunately do not work together for the common good. Software testing is poor and bugs have caused serious downtimes in new products.

      No idea how to treat people...

      Pros

      People are nice, the company is dynamic and they are increasingly successful.

      Cons

      Their recruitment team is shabby - they lie and are unable to be honest. I have never come across such low levels of professionalism within the recruiting process. The whole process was awful and I wouldn't recommend this company as a result.

      Thank you for your input. We agree that Thycotic has nice employees and is very successful in the marketplace. We are growing at a tremendous rate. Thycotic is an awesome company for all the reasons you mentioned. We would welcome further input regarding the specific interactions and any possible false information that you may have received from the Recruitment Team for further investigation and process improvement. We want to ensure that none of our team members are ever deemed dishonest to candidates.

      Disappointing team management

      The annual kick-off event was useful.

      Cons

      - I endured line manager moves while at Delinea - three managers in nine months. - I did not get the training or support I needed to do my job which was disappointing and I felt let down. - Culture was clique-oriented and it was hard to fit in with the already established groups of colleagues. - The redundancy I went through was badly communicated and managed. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
