      Pros

      Some of the people were nice.

      Cons

      There is an assistant on the executive floor who repeatedly bullied staff into leaving, by swearing at them, screaming, logging into their computers, even leaving some with stress related health problems. This person is never reprimanded despite repeated complaints to HR, I can only imagine because of a relationship she has with her boss. This person is an embarrassment to the company.

      Pay is at industry level. Subsidised restaurant. High spec office space

      Cons

      Bully and victimisation is rife among the senior management and HR are supine and complicit in this toxic culture. If the face fits - male, over-confident (mostly white) straight yes men you'll be spared the worst of it. Careers have been terminated on a whim and others hounded out of the business. The politics amongst the global management and their subordinates is utterly poisonous.

      Absolutely none! If there was an award for the worse place to work Dentsu would win it !

      Cons

      1) Terrible management that are extremely unhelpful and bully you. 2) you are required to work ridiculous overtime for free. 3)You are always on call regardless of what time or day it is. 4) you are required to carry out task without training 5) A lot of the people are nasty and two face and just love drama 6) Your bullying hotspots with the highest turnovers are on the 8th floor in Treasury, Head office finance and HR. So beware !! 7) if you make a formal complaint you will be bullied until you walk out or fired. 8)Be careful who you talk to words can be twisted and later used against you. 9) employee motivation does not exist
