Good mix of nationalities and inspiring personalities among colleagues, friendly and open atmosphere. Lunch at work is a plus, there is room to explore new ways of talent development. Strong name to have in your cv in most areas of the world.
Cons
Too much focus and funding going into establishing of new offices in places with completely different focus to some of the long-serving offices. Depending on the office, a certain line of design is more prioritised and well-catered to than others. Slight hint of favouritism in project resource planning. Salaries need a re-look.
