Pros

The working environment of Ebury is outstanding. Young, ambitious professionals who are striving to develop and take the next steps in their career. Besides the work-ethic, there is always room for a laugh! It was a pleasure to work with clients all over the world and in every industry, it contributed to expanding my industry and personal knowledge.

Cons

If you cannot put the effort in cold calling, it is not a right fit. Hard work pays off within Ebury.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We absolutely love hearing that you’ve enjoyed the vibrancy and ambition of the Ebury team. It’s true—we take our work seriously, but we never want to lose that 'room for a laugh' that makes the office feel like home. You hit the nail on the head regarding the 'effort' required; we’re a high-performance environment, and we appreciate you being transparent about the hard work it takes to succeed here. We also hear you loud and clear on your advice to management—our people truly are our cornerstone, and we’re committed to finding new ways to recognize and reward them. Thanks for being part of the journey with us!

Pros

Private medical care includes dental, holiday on your birthday, offices are very central. Pension is better but could be better. They have introduced perk box.

Cons

They change policies at whim, you can be fully remote but then go full 4 days in the office wihout recourse or compromise. The management don't communicate and are not transparent. There is also a top heavy management structure where things get micro managed. There also does not seem to he much expertise in running a company at this level and it shows with a basic HR level, high staff turnover, lack of understanding of internal systems or structures. 4 days in the office requirement, plus beaucratic admin to let them know when you are not in or need extra days.
