      Toxic Environment Created From the Top Down

      Pros

      Some members of staff were genuinely nice and supportive. However, there was a noticeable atmosphere where employees seemed uncomfortable speaking openly, largely due to fear of management and potential repercussions.

      Cons

      The senior leadership team is deeply toxic, with a culture of bullying and intimidation that appears to come directly from the General Manager. Management style is heavily focused on control rather than support or development. Employees who challenge decisions, raise concerns, or cannot be controlled are often either pushed out through poor treatment or subjected to such a toxic environment that they feel forced to resign. There is a clear culture of manipulation, fear, and poor leadership practices, with staff wellbeing being consistently undermined.
