Pros

There is 0 pros to this job at all, get an actual job where the don’t deduct your pay for stupid reasons. And get an actual job overall. You could be 50 years old and they will treat you like a child at school.

Cons

Absolutely the worst place I have EVER worked, worst management possible. Everything the managers do contradicts how they should be managing at all, they give you “VTO” voluntary time off so they don’t have to pay you for the day and they save money by doing this. It’s one rule for the managers and a different rule for everyone else. God forbid someone in your family is in hospital or passes away they will accuse you of lying for time off. If you ever are unlucky enough to have to call in sick they will accuse you over the phone of drinking the night before. If you start here and manage to make it until the winter time they try and find things to sack people for so they don’t have too many people employed over the “quiet” period Throughout winter. They have 0 respect for anyone that works underneath them. If you have any issues they say “deal with it” or “get on with it” good luck to anyone that works here, also if you do have to have time off due to family or you are genuinely ill then your probation will be extended by a further 6 months, so initially you’ll be on probation for up to a year. You will never progress in this job as they employ new managers externally who have no idea what they are doing. If anything bad happens there and a manager is present, the manager will get away with it and they will sweep it under the carpet but as for the employees you will get sacked. I wish there was an option for 0 stars

Pros

Offers fast-paced experience in high-volume recruiting and a crash course in managing heavy workloads.

Cons

• High Turnover & Restructuring: Frequent layoffs mean remaining staff must absorb the extra workload. In 3 years, I experienced 5 different supervisors, 4 regional managers, and 3 upper managers, creating a lot of instability. • Heavy Workload vs. Compensation: Recruiters are expected to hire 60+ people per month while navigating constant technical issues and updating over 10 different spreadsheets. However, compensation falls short with a $0.25 annual increase and no bonus structure for frontline recruiters. • Workplace Pressure: The high volume and tight targets leave little time for breaks, with many employees eating at their desks to keep up. Additionally, there are frequent payroll issues with frontline staff.
