      Really impressed with the recent improvements, including: good pay rises, free shares at the end of the year, good bonus, flexibility in working from home, pension contributions could be a bit better but definitely getting there, and others.

      None to think ok other than drive to Manchester always horrific

      Pros

      I never thought I would say this about a job but I genuinely love what I do. The role itself suits me perfectly and I love tbe atmosphere around the building. Since moving to AJ Bell, I have been shown great training, leadership and a shared common goal. I feel apart of the team and not just a cog. Management are all approachable and my colleagues are great.

      Cons

      Just wish the office was closer to ny house!
