Cons
Management claimed to have introduced a new performance scheme and denied there is a limit on how many people are allowed to be awarded "exceeds expectations" and so receive a larger bonus but last year they secretly implemented a 20% limit. THIS YEAR they have said NO-ONE is allowed to be given a high rating. I have told all of my team this against the instructions of our executive management team. I will not take part in such deception.
