The biggest pro for me is the career progression opportunities. I started my career at Lane IP as a Paralegal and was supported through to becoming fully qualified. The support was not only in sponsorship for exams, but also excellent mentorship from Senior Management and opportunities to work on substantive cases and feel like I was positively contributing to the company and clients. In addition, I always felt my contributions were recognised and appreciated and that I was rewarded accordingly. There is also a really good atmosphere and social side at the office which contributes to Lane IP being an enjoyable place to work.
