At interview I was asked by the manager 'you're not planning to get pregnant anytime soon are you?' They will expect you to pick things up very quickly without sufficient training... which is worrying when you consider what is at stake with the vulnerable, elderly customers that use the service. There is very little parking, you will be blocked in every day The systems they use are antiquated, hard to navigate and unnecessarily confusing There is a very catty, clicky atmosphere, especially from female managers if you are a young female. They only seem to employ white people.
