Managers don’t know how to stay out of your way until you need them Constant customer interaction which is statistically deemed as draining Call centre jobs are statistically the most miserable jobs to work If you aren’t in the clique you won’t get offered the positions you deserve They keep you around if you offer good sales to increase dividends, and then massively increase the pressure making you want to leave so that they have more dividends to spread over fewer employees increasing their reward It has gone massively downhill as an employer over the last few years Morale is no longer prioritised in day to day work Micro management due to people services pushing managers to take action Massive lack of holistic management, if it can’t be managed with a script or statistics you won’t be supported They focus on driving sales and statistics more now than ever People who have been employed at admiral for years have mentioned that it’s never been this bad and top performers are leaving as they are not valued Management makes efforts to take any problem that can be reasonably addressed into a disciplinary Majority of feedback is bad
